Upon placing the order, Customer receives an order confirmation email from helpdesk@gransgoodness.com. Products will be shipped & handed over to the Delivery Partner within 24 hours of placing the order. Customer will receive regular updates, as well as tracking details directly from our Delivery Partner till delivery is completed.

We use Shiprocket as our delivery partner.

Orders can be cancelled only by dropping an email to helpdesk@gransgoodness.com.

Orders can be cancelled only BEFORE the order has been picked up by Delivery Partner. 

Cash on delivery based orders have to be authenticated via telephonic authentication or any other mode. Post such confirmation, the order will be handed over to the Delivery Partner.

Shipping is free for all orders above INR 199.
